Adblue Nozzles
Automatic and manual AdBlue dispensing nozzles
Just like the fuel range, our AdBlue nozzle range includes both manual and automatic shut off models, as well as AdBlue pump nozzle versions with incorporated meter for monitoring the quantity of fluid that has been dispensed. It is important that only nozzles designed for the dispensing of AdBlue - or DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) as it is also referred to - are used with the fluid, as it is vital that AdBlue remains pure and uncontaminated. You will therefore notice that AdBlue nozzles are always constructed from stainless steel or polypropylene. To prevent the miss-filling of AdBlue into the diesel tank of a vehicle, some of the AdBlue dispensing nozzles have an incorporated magnetic spout that only dispenses the fluid when in contact with the partnering magnet in the AdBlue fill point.

FAQs
Only AdBlue nozzles designed for the dispensing of AdBlue are used with the fluid, as the AdBlue needs to be pure and uncontaminated. AdBlue nozzles are made from stainless steel or polypropylene to stop corrosion.
An automatic AdBlue nozzle shuts off when the vehicle or machinery being refuelled becomes full, preventing further AdBlue from being dispensed and an overfill from occurring. A manual AdBlue nozzle is a cheaper solution but needs to be manually turned off.
